Another day of doing time in Grade Jail. Listening to WFMU when Irwin played “Kerb Crawler” by the Au Pairs, and I was like “WTF!? How have I never heard this particular Au Pairs tune before?!” According to Irwin, it comes from this fan-made three-disc set of post-punk goodness. He called it spotty, but well, I’ll leave that up to you to decide.
Moments such as these are why radio continues to be a gratifying experience for me.
