Marinade

I’ve been using this to marinade some amazing cuts of pork I picked up the other day. I have no real exact measurements; the ones below are eyeballed. I suggest you add enough of each to make it have a medium-to-watery consistency. The miso, soy, and sriracha make this salty, so don’t add any extra!

2 crushed garlic cloves
1/2 white onion, chopped
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tblsp. safflower oil
3 tblsp. water
2 tblsp. sugar
1 1/2 to 2 tblsp. white miso (shiromiso)
2 tblsp. sriracha (optional)

Mix soy sauce, oil, sriracha, sugar, miso, and water to achieve desired consistency. Add onion and garlic. Place in container with pork and store in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
