the first piece of music i purchased by my own desire was combat rock. so yeah, it’s not their greatest album, but at the age of six, it was the only thing i ever wanted to sing. even if i completely misunderstood the lyrics and wouldnt grasp their meanings until a later age.
this one is hitting home pretty hard, and i still own that cassette.
