In theory, driving with a dress on is the ultimate in car comfort. However, when you’re putting gas in your car, and it’s 9 degrees in St Catharine’s, ON, it is not such a great idea in retrospect.

Don’t know about you, but here in Philadelphia an EAS alert about the shutdown of some interstate roads just went out over the TV and cable broadcast. I should be used to the sound of the EAS after all my years at WPRB, but the jarring tones never grow old.
