Not to be a Debbie Downer, but this happened at my alma mater yesterday. Liacouras Walk, for those unfamiliar with Temple, is one of the major walkways on campus. This particular location is one of the busiest and highly trafficked. It appears that the person may have been a Temple student at one point, but all the reports seem to differ on this.
